The Work Tuff Gear PWB9-NC is the Puzon Wilderness Bowie — a blade conceived by Dave Puzon (owner and founder of Positive Made LeatherCraft) and shaped by the spirit of the Alamo, the Filipino bolo, and the knives carried by childhood heroes. The Non-Choil (NC) variant delivers a full 10.2" cutting edge from heel to tip, ground from 0.23" Japanese SK85 carbon steel, double-tempered to 56–58 HRC for reliable toughness and fast field resharpening.
A saber grind with convex edge gives the PWB9-NC maximum versatility: forward mass for chopping and batoning, rear edge tuned for skinning, butchering, and fine carving. The precision-ground 90° spine throws sparks cleanly off a ferro rod, and the 3D machined G10 handle scales provide a secure, no-hot-spot grip in any condition.
Note: The Copper Wash finish varies from knife to knife, giving each piece a unique appearance.
