Refund policy

Warranty claims

To submit a warranty claim, please provide clear digital photos showing conclusive evidence of the defect when the product was received, along with proof of your original purchase date.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, abuse, tampering, unreasonable use, or normal wear and tear.

Returns

All sales are final. We do not accept returns for any products.

Order cancellations and refused packages

If you place an online order using a credit card or PayPal and then choose to cancel it, a cancellation fee of 5% of your order total will be deducted from your refund.

If your order is canceled after it has shipped, shipping charges will also be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.

If you refuse a package, any fees and additional shipping charges we incur as a result will also be deducted from your refund.

Shipping destinations and additional charges

We currently ship only to Canada and the United States.

Shipping to Alaska, Nunavut, and the Northwest Territories may incur additional shipping charges. Please contact us with your delivery address for a shipping quote before placing your order.

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to duties, tariffs, import taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier. These charges are not included in your shipping charges and are the customer’s responsibility. Wild Coast Camping Gear Inc. is not responsible for these charges and will not refund them, including if an item is damaged or lost in transit. Any request for reimbursement must be directed to the customs authority or carrier that collected the charges.
